4-week training program includes:

  • 1-hour weekly session with Nicole

  • Individualized programming through TrueCoach to follow at home or the gym for the rest of the week

1:1 Drop-In Training

  • $85.00

  • 50-minute 1:1 session with Nicole

  • This session can be geared toward working on specific issues. Need help with your deadlift or squat? Do you feel like you could use some pointers on your form? I just want to see how we vibe. This session is for you!

1:1 Remote Personal Training

  • 15-minute Zoom check-in every week

  • Individualized programming through TrueCoach to follow at home or the gym

  • Macronutrient coaching

  • $225/month

1:1 Calibration Program (12 weeks)

  • This package is for serious lifestyle clients. 12 weeks of intention followed with action to help create accountability to yourself with the support of meeting every week to build commitment to your desire to change and grow

  • 1 hour of 1:1 training per week with Nicole

  • The rest of your weekly workout program will be delivered to your iPhone or Android through the TrueCoach app.

  • Nutritional support will be offered to help identify barriers and challenges while helping transform your relationship with food.
