    My sister and I made a commitment to each other to get serious about our physical health and fitness. We're both cyclists, and my main goal for this journey is to get stronger and faster on my bike. I loathe going to the gym. In the past, it's felt intimidating—what's this machine? How do I use it? Am I doing this exercise correctly? This lack of confidence and general lackluster attitude towards the gym and fitness culture inhibited my ability to consistently train for the betterment of my physical and mental health. Working with Coco has been transformative and life-changing.  When you’re a part of Coven, you're a part of a community of supportive, like-minded people. Coco works hard to cultivate a safe space to train without ego, to learn, to push yourself, and even to fail and be humbled. Even when we don't train together, I know that I'm training safely because Coco teaches you the fundamentals and offers really important cues and feedback. I am stronger, more knowledgeable, and more confident in the gym, and yes, I'm faster on my bike.
