Coven Fitness is a space where experienced and passionate health, nutrition, and personal trainers strive to bring presence and a holistic approach to help you look and feel your best. We believe in a sustainable, long-term path to movement and nutrition. We aim to help you build rituals into your life through nutrition and exercise. Whatever your goals are, we are here to support you on your path.

    This package is geared to support a consistent workout routine with accountability and support. This is a one-stop strength training shop. One-hour sessions 3x a week. Get all your sessions in with your group!
