CHOICE & AUTONOMY

Each session includes options for movement variations, ensuring young lifters feel in control of their own progress and engaged in their learning.

By the end of the program, participants will not only have a solid understanding of weightlifting but also leave with a sense of achievement, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
