Olympic Weightlifting Open Gym
Drop in and join us for our Open Gym sessions on Sundays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to utilize the space and work on your lifts. This is recommended for more advanced weightlifters.

Nicole’s 6-Week Youth Weightlifting Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of strength training and Olympic lifting in a way that prioritizes agency, choice, and fun.
FOUNDATION FIRST
We start with the basics, focusing on movement quality, body awareness, and confidence under the bar.
PROGRESSIVE SKILL BUILDING
Over six weeks, athletes will develop skills in Olympic weightlifting that translate to both sports and everyday life.
CHOICE & AUTONOMY
Each session includes options for movement variations, ensuring young lifters feel in control of their own progress and engaged in their learning.
Working closely with Coco on a personalized plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
